Born and raised in Wisconsin, she has spent time living in Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington before returning to her home state. Now settled in the River Falls area, she's enjoying being back in the Midwest and surrounded by the natural beauty she loves. An outdoor enthusiast, she finds joy in walking, hiking, and biking—especially peaceful nature walks at dusk with her dog, when the world feels quiet and still. With over 20 years of experience as a women's health nurse and more than a decade as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, she is deeply passionate about helping women achieve their health goals. Her mission is to support women in feeling their best and living vibrant, empowered lives.
