About Liz Hederman

Liz became a nurse in 2012 after earning her BSN from Lewis University. She began her career in bedside nursing, specializing in orthopedics and medical-surgical care, before transitioning to orthopedics in an office setting. It was during this time that she decided to pursue a career as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2020, she completed her MSN-FNP program at Olivet Nazarene University. Although Liz has a strong background in orthopedics, her true passion has always been women's health. Her clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology was among the most rewarding of her career, reaffirming her dedication to the field. For the past three and a half years, Liz has been working in gynecology-urogynecology, where she has seen a growing number of women expressing frustration with menopause symptoms. She is excited to be part of their journey, providing support and guidance to help them navigate this stage of life.
